Come and honor LA’s Punk Greats at the Grammy Museum


Our city of Los Angeles is home to the pioneering Punk group, X. To honor their enormous contributions to the LA punk scene, the Grammy Museum has organized an exhibit called, “X: 40 Years of Punk in Los Angeles,” displaying their clothing, collection of photographs, handwritten lyrics and instruments. All of you Punk music lovers will get an up close & personal look at all the memorabilia, that belonged to members, Exene Cervenka, John Doe, Billy Zoom and D.J. Bonebrake. Not only that, the exhibit will also include a exclusive screenings of W.T. Morgan’s 1986 documentary, X: The Unheard Music, which shows the journey of the trailblazing punk group and also includes interview with all four members, and their producer Ray Manzarek and Rodney Bingenheimer.

The exhibit takes place on weekdays from 10:30am to 6:30pm. The tickets are $12.95 for seniors, $11.95 for students and $10.95 for children.
